Alhaji Mann Muhammad Abubakar (Director).
Alhaji Abubakar graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. In the course of his career; he has attended several advanced management and financial analysis courses both at home and abroad.

He worked as an Accountant with Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and later the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation where he rose to the position of Principal Manager.
