PROFILE
Khaled Ben Jilani (Director)
Mr. Khaled Ben Jilani is a Tunisian. He was educated at the Ecole Nationale
Superieure des Mines in Paris, France and at the University of Maryland, College
Park, MD, USA.
Prior to joining Africinvest in 2001, he worked in Proxicom VA, USA and gained expertise in financial services and capital markets. While in the employment of Africinvest, he led the restructuring and the monitoring of 12 private equity transactions. He currently seats on the board of several corporate bodies including Discovery and Datasoft Limited.
Mr. Ben Jilani no doubt has acquired vast experience in corporate practice over the years. He was instrumental to packaging the financial sector fund through which Africinvest invested in Aquila Capital. He has demonstrated great interest and passion in the activities of Aquila Capital. He represents Africinvest on the board of Aquila Capital Limited
