Chuks Ekpunobi, B.Sc., FCA, MBA (Head, Strategic Business Group)
Mr Chuks Ekpunobi is a professional Accountant with over 18 years post-qualification experience in the specialized fields of Audit, Finance & Banking, Strategic Planning, Financial Engineering, Corporate Re-positioning and Strategic Business Management. A graduate of the University of Nigeria, with an MBA from University of Port Harcourt, Chuks is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Management. He commenced his professional career with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co) and later joined the banking sector where he over the years gained considerable exposure that cut across different banking environments. Before joining Aquila Capital, Chuks was the Financial Controller of Fortune International Bank Plc, and presently Heads our Strategic Business and Operations Group.
Yisa Akindele (Chief Finance Officer)
Yisa Akindele has over 12 years experience in financial control, strategic planning and corporate audit in the banking industry. He is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) where he won the 1st prize Award at the final level of Examination in November, 1996.
Mr. Akindele started is banking career with Magnum Trust Bank Plc before leaving for FSB International Bank Plc from where he joined Aquila Capital.
Ugoji Lenin Ugoji (Treasury/Wealth Management Group)
Lenin Ugoji is in the Treasury/Wealth Management Group. He worked in Treasury Department s of both Continental Trust Bank Ltd and NAL Bank Plc before joining Aquila Capital Ltd.
Mr. Ugoji is a dynamic personality with wealth of experience in funds management and deal structuring. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Banking & Finance from Enugu State University. Mr. Ugoji has equally attended professional courses in Banking Operation and Treasury Management.
Chijioke Oraelosi (Fleet Management and Logistics Services Group)
Chijioke is knowledgeable and understands the dynamics of the leasing business having worked in C & I Leasing Plc for many years. He is analytical and has sound negotiation skills.
Mr. Oraelosi is a graduate of Education/English Language from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Delta State University Abraka. Chijioke has attended many professional courses on marketing and Equipment leasing. He is well vast in the business of Fleet Management and Operating Lease.
Ifeyinwa Okwunna Ijomah (Leasing Group)
Ify Ijomah is a self-starter and an enterprising personality with excellent skills in Leasing and Marketing. She started her career with C & I Leasing Plc and has extensive experience in sales/marketing.
Ifeyinwa is a graduate of Marketing and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Development. Ify Ijomah is well travelled and has attended courses in Equipment Leasing and Marketing. She is business oriented and has a strong network of relationships.She currently heads the Marketing Group of Aquila Capital Limited, a foremost leasing company in Nigeria with special focus on the development of SME.
Okogie Philip Uduimho (Company Secretary)
Mr. Okogie is the Company Secretary/Head, Legal Services and Head of Human Capital Management. He has experience in litigation and Company Adminstration acquired over 7 years in the legal profession.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree(LL.B) from the University of Benin and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the University of Lagos. He has strong skills in interpersonal, leading and communication. In these positions, Philip plays a vital role in documentation and adminstration of the company.
