Henk Kruger (COO Aquila Leasing Limited)
Mr Kruger has over two decade experience in experience in Taxation, Management, Entrepreneurship and finance. He studied at UNISA, South Africa for a BCOMT where he was equipped with knowledge in Economics, Accounting, Commercial Law, Tax and Business Economics.

Having worked with internationally recognized institution like ABSA Bank where he worked as a financial engineer, South Africa, Barclays Bank where he was responsible for setting up new businesses for all of their lease operation that include Botswana, Mauritius, Zambia, India, Kenya and Ghana. As part of his project, to rollout the Kenya business Henk was instrumental to writing the income tax rules in Kenya. Prior to joining Aquila, Henk served as a manager business support in Standard Bank.

 

Yisa Akindele (Chief Finance Officer)
Yisa Akindele has over 12 years experience in financial control, strategic planning and corporate audit in the banking industry. He is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) where he won the 1st prize Award at the final level of Examination in November, 1996. Mr. Akindele started is banking career with Magnum Trust Bank Plc before leaving for FSB International Bank Plc from where he joined Aquila Capital.

 

Chijioke Oraelosi (Fleet Management and Logistics Services Group)

Chijioke is knowledgeable and understands the dynamics of the leasing business having worked in C & I Leasing Plc for many years. He is analytical and has sound negotiation skills. Mr. Oraelosi is a graduate of Education/English Language from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Delta State University Abraka. Chijioke has attended many professional courses on marketing and Equipment leasing. He is well vast in the business of Fleet Management and Operating Lease.

 

Ifeyinwa Okwunna Ijomah (Leasing Group)
Ify Ijomah is a self-starter and an enterprising personality with excellent skills in Leasing and Marketing. She started her career with C & I Leasing Plc and has extensive experience in sales/marketing. Ifeyinwa is a graduate of Marketing and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Development. Ify Ijomah is well travelled and has attended courses in Equipment Leasing and Marketing. She is business oriented and has a strong network of relationships.She currently heads the Marketing Group of Aquila Capital Limited, a foremost leasing company in Nigeria with special focus on the development of SME.

 

Ehiemuan Otis (Head of Treasury and Financial institutions)
Mr. Ehiemuan has hands-on experience in Treasury Management/ALM, Financial & Credit Risk Analysis, Portfolio/Fund Construction & Capital Market Operations, and Investment Software Design & Implementation while working in various units of AIICO Insurance Plc, IMB International Bank Plc, IMB Securities Plc and Stacoprime Capital Limited. He holds an MBA in Marketing and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Chibueze Ihenacho .Esq (Company Secretary)
Mr. Chibueze Ihenacho holds LL.B (Hons) Degree in Law from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). He also holds an International Diploma in Human Resources and Personnel Management from Cambridge International College, Jersey, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, an Associate member of Chartered Management Institute -CMI (UK) and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). In his post-call experience, Mr. Ihenacho worked with various companies as the Legal and Human Capital Officer before his present appointment as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and Head of Human Capital.
