Hon. David Okeke Ngene (Director)
Hon. Ngene is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos and the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is a seasoned board member with over 20 years experience of serving on the board of major companies.

Hon. Ngene was at various times the Chairman of Central Investment Company Limited and Universal Insurance Company Limited. He served as a Commissioner of Finance in Enugu State, and as a Director in Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
